Delicious Bounty Cake that melts in your mouth! Simple and easy to make! 

Ingredients - Chocolate Cake

3 eggs

80 g sugar 

A pinch of salt

30ml vegetable oil

30 ml milk

80g Flour

20g Cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder


How to do it:

  1. Whisk egg, suger and salt until slightly fluffy (10-15 min)
  2. Add the oil
  3. Add the milk
  4. Sieve and mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder in two portions.
  5. Bake the cake in a 20cm spring form in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Divide the cake into three slices after the cake is fully cooled.


Ingredients - Coconut Filling

80g sugar

200ml milk

100g condensed milk

100g butter

200g desiccated coconut


How to do it:

  1. Add suger, milk, condensed milk and butter into a pot.
  2. Cook it over medium heat
  3. Add the desiccated coconut and bring to boil and cook for 3 min.
  4. Let it cool down 


Ingredients - Chocolate Ganache

150g Chocolate

30ml Vegetable oil



How to do it:

  1. Melt the chocolate over a warm bath
  2. Add the oil


Assembling and decorating:

  1. Add 1 layer of the cake
  2. Brush with milk
  3. Add half of the filling
  4. Add 1 layer of cake 
  5. Brush with milk
  6. Add the other half of the filling 
  7. Add the last layer of the cake
  8. Brush with milk
  9. Keep in the fridge for 2-3 hrs minimum
  10. Take out the cake and decorate with the chocolate ganache 
  11. Keep in the fridge for 10-15 min before serving 
  12. This cake serves for 8-10 people.
