Moist Raspberry Brownie Cheesecake that melts in your mouth! Simple and easy to make!

Raspberry Brownie Cheesecake
If you truly appreciate both cheesecake and brownies, you'll adore this moist fusion cake, which combines the two sensations into a single bite.

Ingredients - Brownie cake

200 g butter

30 g pure cocoa powder

275 g sugar

1 tsp vanilla sugar

4 egg

215 g flour

¼ tsp salt


Ingredients - Cheesecake

200 g natural cream cheese

1 egg

50 g sugar

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

25 g flour

100 g raspberries (frozen)

50 g dark chocolate


How to do it - Brownie cake

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and let it cool down a bit. 
  2. Stir the cocoa, sugar and vanilla sugar into the melted butter. 
  3. Add 1 egg at a time, beating with a whisk between each egg. 
  4. Stir flour and salt into the mix until it is smooth.

How to do it - Cheesecake

  1. Beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour together with an electric mixer in a bowl.

How to assemble the cake

  1. Use a square baking tray, approx. 25 x 35 cm.
  2. Pour the brownie batter into the baking tray.
  3. Spread spoonfuls of the cheesecake filling on top of the brownie batter and run a knife through the batter to create a random pattern.



  4. Sprinkle frozen raspberries and chopped chocolate over the cake


  5. Bake the cake at 175 in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until it is just cooked through.
  6. This cake will serve 10-12 people.
