Raspberry Brownie Cheesecake

200 g butter
30 g pure cocoa powder
275 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
4 egg
215 g flour
¼ tsp salt

200 g natural cream cheese
1 egg
50 g sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
25 g flour
100 g raspberries (frozen)
50 g dark chocolate
How to do it - Brownie cake
- Melt the butter in a pan and let it cool down a bit.
- Stir the cocoa, sugar and vanilla sugar into the melted butter.
- Add 1 egg at a time, beating with a whisk between each egg.
- Stir flour and salt into the mix until it is smooth.
How to do it - Cheesecake
- Beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour together with an electric mixer in a bowl.
How to assemble the cake
- Use a square baking tray, approx. 25 x 35 cm.
- Pour the brownie batter into the baking tray.
- Spread spoonfuls of the cheesecake filling on top of the brownie batter and run a knife through the batter to create a random pattern.
- Sprinkle frozen raspberries and chopped chocolate over the cake
- Bake the cake at 175 in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until it is just cooked through.
- This cake will serve 10-12 people.
